Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, helpful night staff , lots of nearby restaurants, close to central station and Altstadt.

Best aspects about my xmas stay were the great location and the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to travel around the city. it is also within walking distance of the Xmas markets, definitely a highlight of my trip. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind, making me feel welcome.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the lack of cleanliness and the noise from nearby establishments. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

Conveniently located near the train station and city center. Wide variety of restaurants in the vicinity. Spacious rooms, well-stocked tea and coffee machine. Powerful shower and overall cleanliness.

The cleanliness was excellent, especially the updated bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, being so close to the central train station and within walking distance of the pleasant area and the Christmas markets.
